OFFICER DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM
- Fresh graduates or graduate with 1-2 years of working experience
- Maximum age is 26 years old
- Holds minimum Bachelor Degree (any field) with min CGPA of 3.00 (scale 4.00)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English proven by English Certificate from English Institution
- Highly adaptable and willing to be placed all Mega Finance branch around Indonesia
- Actively involved in extracurricular and or organizational activities
- We will provide 1 full year development program with class room training, on job training,on job acting and job enrichment in specific role in Branch Manager position.
